Federica Felici

Federica Felici is an accomplished professional in UX research and customer insights, currently serving as Customer Insights Manager at Qonto since March 2025. Prior to this role, Federica held the position of Senior UX Researcher at TrueLayer from September 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included conducting various forms of UX research and identifying user opportunities. At Everli, from January 2020 to September 2022, Federica was the User Research Lead, overseeing the UX research strategy and team activities. Earlier experience includes roles as a UX Researcher and Usability Expert at the Italian Institute of Technology and Research Center "E. Piaggio," and as a Clinical Neurophysiology Technician at Istituto Auxologico Italiano. Federica holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Sciences and Decision Making from Università degli Studi Milano and completed a continuing study program in Graphic Illustration at the Istituto Europeo di Design.
