Gabrielle Ramahatafandry possesses extensive experience in customer success and client management, currently serving as Lead Customer Success at Qonto since October 2018, where responsibilities include optimizing the customer journey and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Gabrielle worked at Teksial as a primary business referent, providing support and advice to advisors, and at GROUPE PAPYRUS FRANCE as a sales assistant, handling order processing and customer claims. Additional experience includes roles at Pixmania Group, Orange, SME CANALSAT Madagascar, and MADACOM a.s., focusing on customer service and sales. Gabrielle holds a Licence degree in English language and literature from the Université d'Antananarivo.

Qonto was born out of frustration. As new entrepreneurs, Alexandre and Steve felt bogged down by their own banking experience. It was time-consuming. It was complex. It also lacked the modern tools that progressive companies need. So, they decided to create a banking product fit for the modern entrepreneur. One that when you use it, just seems to "click". Our goal? To dust off the old banking experience and be the power pack for small businesses. We are driven by our desire to save our customers time.
