Marc Chauvin is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Qonto since November 2020, where responsibilities have included leadership roles ranging from Customer Success Manager to Customer Success Officer. Prior to this, Marc gained experience as a Customer Success Intern at CentralApp and worked in the airline industry as a Commercial de bord at Newrest.
