Prior to this role, Meri-Pier served as a software engineer at Spendesk from October 2018 to December 2022, leading engineering teams in developing a Card microservice within the Core Banking System. Early career experiences include a full-stack developer training at Ironhack and roles in customer service, marketing, and administration in various organizations in the dance and tourism industries. Meri-Pier obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a Full Stack Developer Bootcamp in 2018.
