Uzair is currently working at qordata as a Project Manager, where they handle projects related to pharmaceutical compliance, transparency reporting, and monitoring. Uzair uses their project management and leadership skills to manage and execute multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of project work and solutions that meet clients' objectives.

Before joining qordata, Uzair worked at Celeritas Solutions, a digital agency. Uzair held multiple roles during their tenure, including Sr. Project Manager | Technology Lead. In this role, they worked closely with the CEO in defining strategies and managing the project portfolio and technology team. Uzair was responsible for various tasks, such as recruiting employees, training, assigning work, and enforcing policies and procedures. Prior to this, they also worked as a Manager Projects and Assistant Manager Projects, where they led different teams and ensured the successful completion of projects.

Uzair also gained experience at Alam Law Office as a Communications Coordinator. Here, they managed all aspects of communication between lawyers and clients, including updating clients regarding their cases and reviewing claims.

Uzair began their career as an Internet Sales Consultant at Lakson Business Solutions, where they coordinated with clients for pre-sales meetings and gathered business requirements. Additionally, they worked at IBEX | Global as a Customer Support Executive, handling inbound sales and technical support campaigns.

Uzair Islam's education history began with their matriculation in Computer Science from St. Paul's English High School. They then pursued intermediate studies in Engineering at NCR Intermediate College. Following this, Uzair attended Karachi University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Project Management from the Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM). Uzair furthered their education at Karachi University and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations and Affairs in 2018. It is worth noting that in June 2023, Uzair also obtained a certification in Project Management from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
