Carl Frank

Carl Frank serves as the Director of Program Management and Operations at Qorvo, Inc. since February 2024. Prior to this, Carl was the Chief Operating Officer at Anokiwave from April 2015 to May 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing capacity in the development and delivery of advanced Active Antenna Integrated Circuit Solutions for RADAR, Satellite Communications, and 5G Telecommunications. Carl also held the position of VP Business Development at Anokiwave, focusing on military and commercial radar and communication applications. Earlier roles include VP of Business Operations at TRX Systems, Director of Physical Security Solutions at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Vice President at Techno-Sciences, and Systems Engineering Project Manager at the U.S. Coast Guard. Academic qualifications include an MS in Management of Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
