Farhan Quaiyum

Farhan Quaiyum is a Sr RFIC Design Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. since November 2020, specializing in the design of high-performance, low noise amplifiers across a frequency range of 50MHz to 1.8GHz. Prior experience includes working as an RF Systems Design Engineer at Apple, focusing on TRP, EIRP, and active antenna gain characterization for various technologies, including 5G NR. Farhan held a Graduate Assistant position at the University of Tennessee, developing a UWB Radar System on Chip for biomedical applications. Earlier roles include a Design Engineer Intern at Qorvo and a Researcher at TECHMAH LLC, where projects involved high precision localization using UWB transceivers. Farhan holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
