Miles R. Larkin

Miles R. Larkin is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in packaging development and microelectronics. Currently serving as Packaging Development Engineering Manager at Qorvo, Inc. since April 2022, Miles oversees the laminate substrate, PCB, and component engineering teams. Previously held positions at Leonardo DRS, including Project Engineer leading efforts in electro-optical infrared systems and Senior Mechanical Engineer for microelectronics packaging. Miles also has a background in research from the University of Texas at Dallas, where a Master's thesis focused on hybrid multimodal energy harvesters. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Nanosystems Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
