John Musante

John Musante is currently the EVP & Head of Global Clinical Services at QPS. Prior to this, they were with QPS Holdings, LLC for 4 years 8 months, where they served as the EVP & Head of Global Clinical Services and SVP & Head of Clinical Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for leading the growth and strategic direction of QPS global clinical services. QPS is a GLP/GCP-compliant contract research organization (CRO) supporting discovery, preclinical and clinical drug development.

Before their time at QPS, John was a Commercial Consultant for MediWound Ltd., where they provided strategic support including US business planning, market access solutions, clinical development support, commercial product support, sales & marketing and global business development. MediWound Ltd. is a biotechnology niche specialty company focused on developing, manufacturing and globally commercializing innovative products that address unmet needs in the fields of severe burn and chronic wound management.

John has also served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Clinverse, Inc. and as SVP Global Business Development for INC Research. John has over 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

John Musante received their Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in 1993 with a focus on international business. Their studies included international economics, management, finance, and marketing, and the impact of a global community on a multi-national company's ability to grow and prosper. Prior to that, they received their education from Southeast Missouri State University in 1976, with a focus on business administration and marketing & mass communication.
