Benedikt Kien has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Benedikt started their most recent role as a Study Director at QPS Austria GmbH in July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant (COVID-19 Diagnostics) at imaH GmbH in Graz from February to April 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Scientific Project Assistant at the University of Graz. Benedikt Kien obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, completing their studies from 2009 to 2014. Benedikt then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biomedicine at Technische Universität Graz from 2014 to 2017. Continuing their education, Benedikt enrolled at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz again and completed their doctoral studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biomedicine, earning the degree of Doktor (Dr. rer. nat.) from 2017 to 2021.
