Claire Mileham

Claire Mileham has a diverse range of work experience in events and travel management. Claire started their career in 2005 as a Sales and Aviation Coordinator at SOLO'S HOLIDAYS LIMITED, where they handled travel sales and aviation bookings. Claire then moved on to Solos Holidays as an Operations Coordinator, managing various events and adventure holidays. In 2007, they joined SKI SNOWCOACH LIMITED as an Operations Manager, where they improved operational processes, increased site traffic, and defined coach routes. Claire also worked at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, where they held multiple positions, including Travel and Events Administrator and Senior Events Manager. In these roles, they handled business travel reservations, managed large-scale events, and supported senior leadership. As the Head of Event Logistics (Operations), they managed a team of employees and oversaw their hiring, coaching, and professional growth. Overall, Claire Mileham has demonstrated expertise in event planning, team management, and operational improvement.

Claire Mileham began their education journey in 2000 at Solent University, where they obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Corporate Communication in 2001.
