Gabriela Georgieva has over a decade of experience in customer service and digital client management. Currently serving as Digital Client Services Manager at QS Quacquarelli Symonds since October 2013, Gabriela previously held the position of Online Customer Support Representative within the same organization. Prior to this role, Gabriela worked as a Customer Service Adviser at Betfair from December 2006 to January 2013, further enhancing customer support expertise and skills in client relations.
