Mantosh Sharma

Mantosh Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at QSC since May 2017, Mantosh leads a diverse team of over 50 engineers and managers while optimizing software quality processes and achieving significant cost savings. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Optimus Energy System International LLC, where business development efforts led to multiple MOUs for energy projects in India, and Senior QA Manager at Enphase Energy, overseeing quality initiatives across various software platforms. Mantosh’s career also encompasses leadership positions at Calix, Lantern Communications, Eftia OSS Solutions, and Cistel Technology, alongside entrepreneurial endeavors in the construction sector. Mantosh holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and education from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and Rajghat School.
