John Livingston

John Livingston is a Non-Executive Director of the Qscan Group.

John was previously one of the founding partners of Lake Imaging, subsequently forming Integral Diagnostics Ltd., where John was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. John was awarded the AGFA International Award for Development of Digital Imaging Solutions in 2005.

He has lectured in Australia and abroad on the digital radiology environment, as well as business strategies and systems within the commercial sector. John has considerable commercial experience, having worked with the team at Lake Imaging and later Integral Diagnostics through acquisitions and the establishment of Greenfield facilities across Australia. During his career at Integral Diagnostics, John lead the group through private equity investment with Advent Partners in 2014 and in 2015 John worked with Advent to list Integral Diagnostics on the Australian stock exchange (ASX:IDX).

John is currently a non-executive director of 4DMedical (ASX:4DX), where he is currently chair of the remuneration and nominations committee, a current non-executive director at Comrad Medical System where he is currently Chairman, a director at Ballarat Clarendon College where he is currently Chairman, a former director of VicWest Community Telco and United Way.
