Judith Nestarez

Judith Nestarez currently serves as an Analista de Selección y Desarrollo del Talento at QSI Perú since August 2019, where responsibilities include analyzing training needs and designing annual training plans. Prior experience includes a role as a Practicante de Selección y Desarrollo del Talento at I-Complement, focusing on recruitment processes and internal communication strategies. Judith holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and is pursuing a Diplomado en Gestión del Talento y Potencial Humano at CENTRUM PUCP, with additional certifications in organizational performance and human talent management from various institutions. Judith also has intermediate proficiency in English from the Asociación Cultural Peruano Británica.
