Mirjam Laurisaar

Mirjam Duffy (Laurisaar) possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding across various sectors, including food and beverage, iGaming, and technology. Currently serving as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at QSRP since June 2024, Mirjam previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead at Yolo Group and Lead Recruiter at Microsoft, where contributions were made to EMEA Engineering Talent Acquisition. Mirjam's career began at SAS, advancing from a Travel Consultant to a Service Manager, and includes significant roles in retail sales management and learning and development. Mirjam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Tartu.
