Therese Antuna

Therese Antuna has held various roles in the IT and business sectors since 1986. Therese began their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Member Technical Staff, where they were responsible for tracking and reporting Change Service Requests for 50 people and maintaining migration plans for software. Therese then moved to Creative Memories as a Franchise Owner, where they managed and ran a home-based scrapbooking business. In 2012, they became the Office Manager at Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Chicago, where they supported the Sales and Operations teams and the Regional Director. In 2015, they joined Invizitech as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they created end-to-end test plans and tested solutions for functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility. Finally, in 2016, they became the Product Lead and Technical Business Analyst at QsrSoft, where they performed analysis and design in the areas of training, planning, organization, and information technology.

Therese Antuna received their Bachelor's Degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1986. Therese also completed Continuing Education in Computer Science from the College Of DuPage. In December 2022, they obtained the TechSmith Camtasia 2022 Explorer certification from TechSmith.
