Cathleen Poissant has over 14 years of work experience in sales and business development. Cathleen began their career in 2007 as an Inside Sales Manager at Cardiac Science, where they achieved $3 Million and then $5.5 Million (110% of quota) in consecutive years. Cathleen then moved to MCG - Formerly Milliman Care Guidelines in 2009, where they were an Inside Sales Account Manager, Business Development, and Lead Generation. During their time there, they managed relationships with 300 Hospitals, health plans, and third-party administrators across the United States. In 2012, Cathleen became the Director of Inside Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation at Sesame Communications, where they grew the Inside Sales team from 10 to 20 Inside Sales Territory and Account Managers and exceeded the Sales Goal of $14 Million achieving Sales of $15.6 Million. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Inside Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Lead Generation at InDemand Interpreting. During their time there, they developed a $20 Million pipeline through outbound Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Appointment setting. In 2020, Cathleen began working at par8o as a Sr Business Development, and currently works as a Vertical Market Specialist at Qstream since 2021.
