Doug Reynolds

Doug Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Doug began their career at Systemhouse Technology Group Ltd as a Software Development Manager, where they built and managed a team delivering software solutions to Blue Chip organizations. Doug then moved on to Product Management Group as a Software Development Project Manager, where they managed a team to deliver corporate Intranet and knowledge-management solutions.

Following this, Doug joined MobileAware as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing various projects. Doug later took on the role of QA Manager, responsible for the Quality Assurance and Performance Testing of MobileAware's core Mobility Platform. In parallel, they also served as a Product Manager, achieving successful OEM of Mobility Server by BEA Systems.

After a brief stint at Newbay Software as a Senior Product Manager, Doug returned to MobileAware as a QA Manager on a short-term contract basis, providing expertise in quality assurance and performance testing. Doug then joined Arantech as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where they designed and delivered the successful ProAction software solution.

Doug's next position was at MobileAware once again, this time as a Senior Project Manager. Doug acted as a Delivery Manager for European projects and Line Manager for technical resources. Doug managed a team of 10, delivering mobile-web self-care solutions to a large airline group.

Most recently, Doug joined Qstream as the Director of Engineering. Doug was previously an Engineering Manager at the company. At Qstream, Doug has been responsible for managing the engineering team, ensuring the successful development and delivery of their products.

Doug Reynolds completed their undergraduate studies at University College Dublin, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1991.
