Frank Hathaway

Frank Hathaway is an experienced construction quality manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Construction Quality Manager and Partner at QT since June 2021, Frank previously held the position of Quality Manager 2 at Granite Construction from May 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, Frank was a Construction Quality Manager at Kiewit from January 2008 to May 2016. Other notable positions include International Division Manager at TRC Companies, Inc.
