Pauliina Artiola

Pauliina Artiola is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Qt Group since May 2024 and as a Global Talent Partner at Talent Hound since January 2024. Previously, Pauliina worked as a Talent Partner at Noice for a brief period in early 2024, focusing on innovative engagement in the gaming industry. Prior roles include Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Funcom, Head of Recruitment for EMEA at The Sandbox, and several positions at Unity Technologies, where Pauliina advanced through roles such as Recruitment Manager and Lead Recruiter, contributing significantly to global recruitment efforts.
