Jeanette Puritano

Jeanette Puritano serves as an HR Business Partner at QTC Management, Inc. since December 2023, providing strategic HR consultation and solutions aligned with business objectives. Previously, as Human Resources Director at Leidos from February 2018 to December 2023, Jeanette spearheaded talent needs and performance initiatives for corporate executives. At CACI International Inc., from September 2015 to January 2018, Jeanette acted as Business Group HR Director, collaborating with leadership to address HR challenges. Jeanette's extensive tenure at SAIC from February 1992 to June 2015 included roles as Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner, contributing to significant organizational changes and enhancing employee retention strategies. Jeanette holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an MS in Human Resources Development/Organizational Development from The Johns Hopkins University.
