John Garcia

John Garcia is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and delivering complex technical, security, and business initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at QTC Management, Inc. since March 2022, John has previously held senior positions at Radian, including Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Program Delivery and Assistant Vice President of the IT Project Management Office. John’s career began at IBM as a Project Manager, followed by a role as a Senior Project Manager at CoreTech Consulting Group. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Widener University and an MBA in Finance from Temple University.
