Howard Fry

Howard Fry has extensive experience in the engineering and systems analysis fields, spanning several decades. Currently, Howard serves in a semi-retired capacity at QTEC, Inc. since April 2016. Prior to this role, Howard held significant positions at Northrop Grumman Information Systems from April 2006 to November 2015, where responsibilities included GMD Ground Systems Component Engineering Manager and System Engineering and Integration Program Manager. Earlier in their career, Howard worked at SPARTA from 1985 to 1996 as a Systems Analyst and at CSC from 1978 to 1985 as a Computer Scientist. Howard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, completing studies between 1967 and 1971.
