Vashti Tillman

Vashti Tillman is currently a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Achieve Pediatric Therapy Services since June 2024, with previous experience in the same role at Small Talk Therapy from April 2022 to June 2024. Additionally, Vashti has worked as a Customer Service Representative at REI since February 2019 and has been involved with Qtego Fundraising Services in a part-time capacity since March 2018. Educationally, Vashti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Houston Christian University and a Post Baccalaureate/Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from La Salle University, as well as a degree in American Sign Language from the University of Houston. Earlier roles include serving as a Residential Advisor and Supervisor at Fulshear Treatment to Transition, where assistance was provided to young women in communication, boundary setting, and societal flourishing. Mentorship also played a key role in helping young ladies with mental health issues and addictions develop into strong, influential individuals. Vashti's diverse background blends therapeutic support with educational roles, enhancing skills in communication and personal development.
