Natalie Thorpe

Natalie Thorpe has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Natalie joined The QTI Group in 2014, where they held various roles, including Director of Employee Experience, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Branch Operations, and Training Coordinator. In their role as a Client Employment Specialist, Natalie facilitated the recruitment process and assisted clients in filling clerical, administrative, and office positions. Prior to joining The QTI Group, they worked at QBE North America as a Human Resources Representative, addressing HR-related concerns for a large number of employees. Natalie also worked as an Account Executive at The Scan Group, Inc., managing web-based projects and utilizing their expertise in online marketing. Natalie began their career as a Social Media & Search Engine Optimization Intern at E-Power Marketing Inc. and as an Accounting/Controller Intern at Markel Corporation.

Natalie Thorpe pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
