Jon Lee is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in client acquisition, engagement strategies, and customer retention across multiple industries. Currently, as Director of Acquisition and Engagement at Qtrade, Jon Lee leads the development of growth strategies for online brokerage and digital wealth. Previous roles include Director of Client Engagement Strategy at CIBC, Director of Customer Retention at Rogers Communications, and Director CRM & Loyalty at Virgin Mobile Canada. Jon Lee has also held leadership positions at Bell and co-founded Zeero Inc. Jon Lee holds a Bachelor's degree from Ryerson University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
