Laren Olson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Design Engineer Intern, working at Meikle Automation and Raytheon. After that, they joined the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Battalion Communications Manager. Following their military service, Laren worked at NTT Ltd. as a Data Center Facilities Manager, responsible for strategic and tactical facility planning and operations. They then moved on to The Walt Disney Studios as a Facilities Operations Manager, overseeing facility planning, maintenance, and repairs. Laren also worked at Westfield as a Director of Facilities, managing multiple properties and a large team. Their next role was at Amazon Web Services, where they served as a Data Center Facilities Regional Manager, responsible for operations and maintenance of data centers. Currently, Laren is working at QTS Data Centers as the Vice President of Operations.

Laren Olson's education history is as follows:

From 1997 to 2001, Laren Olson attended Lexington High School and obtained a High School Diploma.

Following that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. During this time, they also earned a Naval Warfare Certificate, completed a History Concentration, and became Six Sigma Certified.

In 2006, Laren enrolled in the USMC Basic School, where they trained to become a Platoon Commander for Marine Corps Combat Training.

The next year, in 2007, they attended the USMC Basic Communications Officer Course, focusing on Tactical Communications.

In 2008, Laren completed a Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course at USMC and earned the title of Weapons and Tactics Instructor, specializing in Tactical Command and Control.

Also in 2008, they pursued further education at Boston University, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management. Laren also obtained a Project Management Certificate during their time at Boston University.
