Shelagh Montgomery

Chief People Officer at QTS

Shelagh Montgomery has served as a business leader with QTS since 2006 when the company purchased data center company Globix and it’s Santa Clara and New York/New Jersey data centers. Since then she has served in many sales leadership roles the most recent of which was Executive Vice President of Strategic Client Management, in which she was responsible for existing customer relationships and revenue growth and retention. Shelagh was promoted into her current role of Chief People Officer due to her business acumen, love of people, management and problem-solving.

Shelagh has worked in internet and data center sales for over 20 years. Prior to joining QTS, Shelagh led sales teams for Globix, Digex, and PSInet. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree from Barnard College.
