Susan Poppy-Shaffer, CAMS, CFCS, CCBSO, currently serves as Vice President BSA and Security Officer at Quad City Bank & Trust since January 2012. In this role, Susan oversees compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering regulations, implements policies to prevent terrorist financing, and supervises Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence processes.
