Kimani Brown

Kimani Brown has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry.

Starting in 2008 at Columbus Communications Jamaica Ltd. (Flow), Kimani worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative, resolving customer issues and training new employees. They then transitioned to the role of Billing Specialist, providing support for staff using the billing system.

In 2012, Kimani joined Columbus Communications as an Application Administrator, responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of billing and provisioning systems. This included ensuring accurate sales orders and monthly billing processes.

Kimani then moved to Cable & Wireless Communications in 2014, taking on the role of Test Lead. They analyzed requirements, liaised with vendors, and configured and tested new products and promotions. Kimani also worked as a Corporate Application Support Analyst, collaborating with various teams to enhance applications and find solutions to new requests.

In 2019, Kimani joined Liberty Latin America as a Test Environment Manager, overseeing the management of test environments.

Most recently, in 2022, Kimani joined Quadax, Inc. as a Software Test Lead, leading testing activities for software development projects.

Throughout their career, Kimani demonstrated expertise in technical support, project management, testing, and customer service in the technology and telecommunications field.

Kimani Brown's education history begins with their enrollment at Ardenne High School, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Stanmore College and obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business. Continuing their education, Kimani enrolled at the University of The West Indies from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General studies at the Mona School of Business and Management.
