Vincent Ricciotti

Vincent Ricciotti has extensive experience in customer experience and project management, currently serving as Customer Experience Team Lead at Quad since December 2012, with prior roles as Senior Customer Account Manager and Senior Solutions Architect. At Page2LLC from June 2008 to August 2011, Vincent managed corporate operations and project management. Previously, at Montage Media Corporation, Vincent held various positions including Production Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing staff and managing the production of medical journals, and Prepress Supervisor, where Vincent implemented a PDF workflow that greatly improved efficiency in the pre-press department. Vincent began a career in color systems as an analyst and notably contributed to solutions that enhanced department performance. Vincent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from Montclair State University.
