Catherine Lee

Catherine Lee currently serves as the Chief People Officer for North America at Quadient since May 2021. Prior to this role, Catherine held several significant positions, including Sr. HR Director for Global Sales at DocuSign, where contributions supported the development of e-signature technology. At Cisco, Catherine was a Senior Global HR Business Partner, partnering with senior leadership to drive transformation efforts. Additional experience includes HR consulting at Gray Matters, and serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PRGX Global, where Catherine implemented a progressive human capital strategy. Catherine's background also includes roles at ABB in various capacities, contributing to significant organizational transformations and cost savings. Catherine began a career in HR at Medtronic, managing a substantial budget and team within the Diabetes Division. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science, Magna cum laude, in Government & Economics from Suffolk University and further education from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
