Nicola Vandermeer

Nicola Vandermeer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nicola currently holds the position of Global Director of Content Marketing at Quadient, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Regional Content Marketing at Quadient from February 2022 to April 2023 and as the Head of Marketing Communications (UK & Ireland) from June 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Quadient, Nicola worked at International SOS as the Marketing & Communications Director for Europe from February 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ricoh Europe as the Marketing Communications Manager for the EMEA region from July 2013 to January 2019. In this role, Nicola was responsible for various marketing communications activities, including the development of online and offline communications, sales tools, content, and collateral. Nicola also played a key role in developing and executing Ricoh's region-wide demand generation strategy.

Earlier in their career, Nicola worked as the Marketing Manager at McAllister Olivarius, a law firm specializing in transatlantic matters, from November 2012 to June 2013. Nicola also served as the Marketing Manager at Kroll Ontrack UK, a technology services provider, from June 2008 to November 2012, where they were responsible for various marketing activities related to electronic disclosure, computer forensics, and data recovery.

Nicola's earliest work experience includes a role as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at Motorcorp Holdings Ltd (Renault New Zealand) from April 2005 to February 2008. In this position, they managed sales administration, customer relationship management, marketing activities, and market research.

Prior to their time in Canada, Nicola attended Papatoetoe High School in Auckland, New Zealand, from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Nicola obtained a certification in the Empower Program from Quadient in July 2023.
