Stefanie Metko

Stefanie Metko has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2005, they worked at ProHealth Care as a Staff RN in the Emergency Department, where they demonstrated a holistic approach to patient care and mobilized resources to meet individual needs. In 2006, they became a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, responsible for serving victims and suspects of sexual assault in Waukesha County, conducting assessments, evaluations, and evidence collection. In 2008, they became the Manager of Clinical Operations at ProHealth Care, overseeing multiple departments and ensuring economical and efficient operations.

In 2013, Stefanie joined QuadMed as the Manager of Clinic Operations, overseeing clinical quality, service quality, and financial performance across multiple health centers. Stefanie also supported the RFP process and managed support staff. In 2015, they became the Director of Operations, providing oversight and leadership for employer-sponsored health centers across the United States. Stefanie supported clinical and business development teams to achieve growth targets. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, where they built and led an operations team, maintained budgetary responsibility, and supported the business development team. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at QuadMed.

Stefanie Metko has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Concordia University. Stefanie also holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Waukesha County Technical College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Just Culture Certification from The Just Culture Company in August 2023, People Leading People 3 certification from WSB Center for Professional and Executive Development in March 2021, and Registered Nurse certification from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services in July 2005.
