Cathrina Edwards is an accomplished research leader with extensive experience in the field of nutritional sciences. Currently, Cathrina serves as a Research Leader at Quadram Institute since March 2016, previously holding the position of Research Fellow. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Food Research and a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Co-Investigator at King's College London. Cathrina's academic achievements include a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from King's College London and a BSc in Animal Science with accreditation in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham.
