Cathrina Edwards

Cathrina Edwards is an accomplished research leader with extensive experience in the field of nutritional sciences. Currently, Cathrina serves as a Research Leader at Quadram Institute since March 2016, previously holding the position of Research Fellow. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Food Research and a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Co-Investigator at King's College London. Cathrina's academic achievements include a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from King's College London and a BSc in Animal Science with accreditation in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, Cathrina has experience in market research and sales and marketing for various companies prior to specializing in research.
