Patricia Hart

Patricia Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in science communication and administration. Currently serving as the Directorate Manager at Quadram Institute since January 2018, Patricia supports the Director and Executive team, fostering strategic relationships and contributing to the delivery of the science strategy. Previously, as the Marketing and Communications Manager at the Faculty of Science, University of Sheffield, Patricia led a team to enhance the faculty's reputation through effective marketing strategies. At The Roslin Institute, Patricia progressed from Communications Officer to Head of Communications and Science Administration, managing internal and external communications during a significant growth phase. Earlier roles included Science Administrator for the Neuropathogenesis Unit and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both the Institute for Animal Health and Umeå University. Patricia holds a Ph.D. from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Biological Sciences from the University of the West of England.
