Shaun Barnette

Shaun Barnette is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in robotics systems and military operations. Currently serving as the Robotics Systems Program Manager at Torch Technologies, Inc. since October 2022, Shaun brings over 26 years of experience from the United States Air Force, where roles included Senior Enlisted Leader and Senior Division Manager. Key accomplishments include oversight of the Department of Defense's $3.3 billion Weapons System Evaluation Program and management of the Pacific Air Force's largest Electronic Attack Pod inventory. Shaun has successfully led 500 operational test projects, generated 230 pods at the Air Force’s sole ALQ-188 repair facility, and ensured compliance through 11,000 Quality Assurance evaluations for combat-coded squadrons. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Project Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from American Military University. An Associate of Science in Avionics Maintenance Technology was obtained from the Community College of the Air Force.
