Allison Frazier

VP, Behavioral Health Services at Quadrant Biosciences

Allison is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 12 years of experience in direct behavior therapy, clinical supervision, private and public school consultation, and elementary school administration. Before joining Quadrant, Allison worked at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism as director of their outreach therapy services. She was assistant principal at Julie Billiart School where she founded and directed their nationally award-winning camp. In addition, Allison has held adjunct professor positions at John Carroll University, Ursuline College, and Lakeland Community College. Currently, she serves on the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Allison received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Cleveland State University. She did her post-graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology.
