Erica Ash

Throughout her career, Erica has focused on healthcare. Prior to law school, Erica worked in the pharmaceutical industry directly with providers. As an attorney, she concentrated on regulatory compliance and billing issues facing healthcare providers. While working at Husch Blackwell LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm, Erica focused her practice on state and federal health privacy law, federal fraud and abuse issues related to the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute, and complex issues facing hospitals and laboratories. She was also a part of various firm leadership activities, including associate recruiting and associate business development. Erica obtained her J.D. from the University of Kansas.
