Rita Tarolli Marble

Rita has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the field of Human Resource Management. Her areas of expertise include recruitment & training, labor cost management, benefits design and administration, and staff development. Prior to joining Quadrant Biosciences, she was most recently Director of Employer Solutions with a high growth PEO. In this role, Rita led in Business Development, HR Infrastructure design, onboarding, and implementation of HR service plans for local and national organizations. She says she is most energized by making a meaningful impact on the organization and team she serves. Rita holds the certification of Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management and channels her knowledge and enthusiasm inter her community as a New Venture Mentor for the Tech Garden and subject matter resource for companies affiliated with the WISE Women’s Business Center for the SBDC.
