Shreya Agrawal is currently serving as a GTM Operation Associate at CyberArk, where responsibilities include implementing Salesforce CRM & CPQ to enhance quote, price, and order management processes. Prior to this, Shreya worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at QKS Group, focusing on deliverables, proposal reviews, dashboard creation, deal management, and CRM management while collaborating closely with finance and cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Mudrabiz and a marketing internship at E4 Development and Coaching Ltd. Shreya holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University.
