Oksanna Malan

Oksanna Malan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently, Oksanna serves as the Managing Partner at Quadrant Law Group LC, a position held since May 2015. Prior to this, Oksanna was the Managing Director at Spinnaker Law Group LLC from 2013 to April 2015. Earlier career milestones include roles as Associate General Counsel and Senior U.S. Equity Research Analyst at Citigroup GWM (2003-2009), and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company (1999-2003). Oksanna began their career as a Litigation and Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (1992-1999).
