Nisha Rani

Nisha Rani has extensive work experience in operations and human resources. Nisha currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Quadrant Resource since October 2022. Before that, they worked as the Head of Operations at Anveta, Inc from February 2022 to October 2022. Prior to their roles in operations, Nisha was the Head of HR at Propelsys Technologies LLC from June 2021 to May 2022. Nisha has also held various HR positions such as Human Resources Director at Buzz N Blitz Enterprise Pvt Ltd from August 2018 to May 2021, Director HR at Stratosphere IT Services Pvt Ltd and United Software Group Inc from January 2014 to July 2018, and Sr.HR Executive at e-Solutions Inc from November 2011 to September 2012 and IDC Technologies, Inc. from February 2011 to October 2011. Nisha Rani started their career as a Team Lead-HR at Unitell India from September 2007 to December 2010 and as an Associate Sales Manager at YES Bank Ltd from November 2006 to September 2007.

Nisha Rani attended St. Joseph's Convent High School in Patna. Nisha also pursued an MBA in Sales & Marketing at The NIS Academy.
