Andrew de Silva

Andrew de Silva currently serves as the Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Quadrant Strategies, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew had a distinguished tenure at PSB from January 2007 to March 2025, advancing through several key positions including Vice President of Software Engineering, Senior Director of Internet Operations, Director of Programming, Lead Programmer, and Programmer. Andrew's educational background includes a degree in Computer Management and Information Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2002 - 2006) and an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (1996 - 1999).
