Rakesh D has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rakesh began their career as a Public Relations Executive and subsequently worked as an Event Coordinator and Manager at Ramoji Film City, the largest film city in the world. Rakesh later transitioned to customer service roles, starting as a Customer Service Representative at GTL Limited, and then as a Team Lead and CSR at [24]7.ai, handling customer relationship management for multiple companies. Rakesh then joined Bank of America, where they served as a Team Leader and Assistant Manager in sales fulfillment and customer relations. After that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as an Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager. Rakesh then joined Optum as a Service Delivery Manager and later became a Service Delivery Leader. Currently, they hold the position of SR. Director of Operations And Business Development (APAC) at Quadrant Technologies.

Rakesh D completed their education at Andhra University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. Rakesh later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and Marketing from the same university. Before attending Andhra University, Rakesh attended Nirmal Vidyalay between 1990 and 1997, but the degree and field of study are unspecified.
