Shyam Mantha has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Their most recent position was as the Senior Vice President at Quadrant Technologies, where they were responsible for building and driving sustainable Microsoft Business in various markets. Shyam also had a leadership role in managing global sales teams and focusing on customer success, growth, and revenue. Prior to that, Shyam served as a mentor, advisor, and coach at Dial Your Village Inc., a not-for-profit organization. Shyam also held positions at Total eBiz Solutions Pte Ltd, where they served as the Vice President for Indian Operations and later as the Assistant Vice President for Customer Success, Growth, and Revenue. Additionally, Shyam has experience as a co-founder and CEO of their own company, MANTHA Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Throughout their career, Shyam has worked in various roles in multiple companies.

Shyam Mantha completed their education at various institutions. Shyam obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Computer Applications from Kakatiya University between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1982 to 1994.
