Susana Quintana-Plaza

Susana Quintana-Plaza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chairwoman of the Board at Quadrante Group and CEO at BM2Solar Lda since March 2024, Susana is also a member of the Supervisory Board at Topsoe and Hexagon Purus. Having acted as a Strategic Advisor for DANTE AeroNautical since December 2021, previous roles include CEO of Renewables and New Business at Galp, where Susana successfully established a renewables division, and significant contributions as a board member at Wirecard and Hexagon Composites ASA. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington, Susana’s career reflects a strong commitment to innovation and strategic growth.
