Adam Bales

Adam Bales has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adam started their career as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Pick Everard in 2011. After completing their role there, they joined KPMG UK in 2013 as an Audit Associate, where they provided external audit services to middle market sector clients and led teams in on-site audit work. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager at KPMG UK, supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to various reporting requirements. In 2017, Adam joined KPMG as an Assistant Manager in Transaction Services, where they stayed until 2019. Adam then became the Financial Controller at the British Assessment Bureau from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Quadrature in a Finance role starting from October 2020.

Adam Bales completed their education at various institutions. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Loughborough University where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering and obtained an MEng degree. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, they returned to Loughborough University to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance and Management. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, they attended BPP where they received a degree in ACA (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).
