Marcelena Holmes

Marcelena Holmes has a solid background in compliance and regulatory affairs. Marcelena started their career in 2008 as a Business Affairs Associate at RGM Advisors, LLC, where they negotiated contracts and monitored regulatory developments. In 2011, they transferred to RGM Advisors, LLC's London office to focus on the European business and took on the responsibility of regulatory developments for its European subsidiary.

In 2014, Marcelena joined Jump Trading International as a Compliance Manager, later transitioning to the role of Director of Compliance. At Jump Trading International, they provided oversight for the European compliance program for the firm's FCA-regulated entity. Marcelena was responsible for monitoring legal, regulatory, and technology-related developments in Europe that applied to the firm's business and advising the firm accordingly. Marcelena'stenure at Jump Trading International lasted until May 2020.

Currently, Marcelena is working at Quadrature as part of the compliance team.

Marcelena Holmes completed their education in a chronological sequence. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Phillips Exeter Academy, where their degree and field of study remain unspecified. Following this, they enrolled at Dartmouth College from 2000 to 2004, earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. Subsequently, Marcelena pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Fine and Decorative Art at Sotheby's Institute of Art, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
